Networking difficulty causing 2 hours downtime

We apologise for the 2 hours downtime we just experienced. Unfortunately these things are out of our control - in a perfect world there would never be any issues!

What is important we feel is the timely manner in which we and our hosting company have responded. We hope that, above all else is what our customers value.

So what happened? Our hosting company had a networking difficulty in the Virginia datacentre hosting our servers.

We were notified of our downtime immediately with the alert systems we have in place. We then contacted out hosting company and when we did they were already working to solve the DataCentre-wide issue.

The downtime in fact was just under 2 hours and we do apologise again for the inconvenience.
